As part of the placement, a minimum of four (4) documentation and planning records using different documentation techniques were completed. Across the documentation and planning records, a variety of individual, small group, and larger group observations of children engaging in learning with an educator or teacher were observed.

Digital images were used in the documentation; However, permission was covered on the enrolment signed by the parents; additional permission was sought for some children whose faces were seen in the photos.
